Refund Policy
01 Overview
AIVI Labs offers AI visibility audit products as one-time digital purchases. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.
02 Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made within this 14-day window will be honored and processed by Paddle.
To be eligible for a refund, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase using the process described below.
03 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@aivilabs.io with:
- Your order ID (from your confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
04 EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive and related regulations.
Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, is responsible for handling refund requests that fall under EU and UK statutory consumer rights. If you are an EU or UK customer and wish to exercise your statutory rights, you may also contact Paddle directly through their support portal.
05 Paddle as Merchant of Record
All AIVI Labs purchases are transacted through Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax collection, and is the entity that appears on your bank or card statement.
