01 Overview & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by AIVI Labs SEZC ("AIVI Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a Special Economic Zone company incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the Special Economic Zones Law.

By placing an order, accessing your report, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at aivilabs.io/terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Our Services

AIVI Labs provides AI visibility audit products for dental and healthcare practices. Our current offerings include:

All products are digital deliverables provided as PDF documents. No physical goods are shipped.

Our audit products analyze publicly available information about your practice website. Scores reflect our proprietary methodology and are intended as directional guidance, not guarantees of search engine or AI platform performance.

03 Payment & Billing

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase from AIVI Labs, you are transacting with Paddle, and Paddle's own Terms of Use apply to the payment transaction.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We do not store your credit card or payment details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle.

04 Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment confirmation, your audit report(s) will be delivered by email, typically within 24 hours of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on site crawl complexity or queue volume.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. AIVI Labs is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or inbox configuration.

If you have not received your report within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@aivilabs.io.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Reports are licensed for internal use by the purchasing practice or their authorized marketing representatives.

06 Intellectual Property

All scoring methodology, report templates, fix pack content, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of AIVI Labs SEZC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Your audit report is licensed to you (not sold) for internal business use. You may share it internally with your team or marketing agency, but not publish it publicly or use it in advertising without our consent.

You retain ownership of your website content and any information you provide to us. By submitting your website URL, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to crawl and analyze it for the purpose of delivering your report.

07 Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AIVI Labs does not guarantee that implementing the recommendations in your report will result in improved rankings in any search engine, AI assistant, or directory listing. AI platform behavior changes frequently and is outside our control.

We are not a legal, regulatory, or compliance advisory firm. Nothing in our reports constitutes legal or regulatory advice.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIVI Labs SEZC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access at our discretion, including if we believe a customer is in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will refund amounts paid for undelivered services.

As our products are one-time digital deliverables, "termination" primarily applies to situations prior to report delivery.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract, those laws may apply in addition to these Terms.
